Envelope Printing?

I downloaded and installed this, but it prints the envelopes blank. There's no printer setup and I cant set the DPI - it won't let me.

It's been a while since I installed this program but I'm pretty certain it auto picked up my printer.

I'm not sure if I switched the printer on before switching on the computer and then installing the program.

I can't select the DPI either as that dropdown is blank, but it prints out to the envelope.
