Repairs Failing in Safe mode

I have booted my Win10 pc into safe mode to run the repairs, but the software is telling me that "Something is keeping the repair from running." It is telling me to post in these forums, which I am doing.

There shouldn't be anything blocking the program in that mode unless it is Windows Firewall.
Check to see if it will run in normal mode.
If it is still blocked, this article will help in allowing Windows Firewall to let the program run.

However, you can try opening a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these cmds, then try the program again in Safe Mode with Networking.
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
exit
Those cmds can resolve most Win 10 problems, but what is the reason why you needed to run the repair program ?
