From your pic, you usually get that output when you've made a typo in the cmd.
When you boot up with your Win 10 install USB, click on Repair your computer when you get to the Install screen.
This will give you the advanced boot options where you click on Troubleshoot and then on Advanced options where you could have used System Restore to use a restore point back to before you installed FSX.
There's obviously a conflict between FSX and something you have installed on your computer.
Before you reinstall FSX, put your machine into a clean boot.
In Task Manager under Start-up disable all items then go Start - type msconfig and press enter when it comes up then under the Services tab check the box to Hide all Microsoft services and click on Disable all - Apply - OK then reboot.
Install FSX and then reboot to see if you still get a BSOD.
