I use an Epson printer but when I click on Print I get a confirmation window pop up.

When you say nothing is happening on the computer, is the printer actually printing those docs ?

Does the printer have a control panel on it where you can see any error messages that can pop up ?

the printer does not print, tho the printer job window on the computer shows it as complete
there are no error messages showing up at all, on the printer screen or on the computer
the printer is plugged directly into the desktop, not wireless, and when I go to print, the printer
comes up as an option, it shows it as being printed, but nothing happens with the actual printer.

Which version of Windows are you using ?

On my Win 7 machine in Devices and Printers it has two printer icons - one for the Series and one for the Networked one which shows as being default, although I don't get that on my Win 10 machine.

This also shows up in the pop up window as you can see from my pic.

Does yours show similar as showing for the correct default one.
