Man, this been happening for years. No one had a real solution;
Even upgrade repair didn't solve the problem...
WIN7 Pro Version...
Please don't suggest lowering the login status level; it's not a SOLUTION!
Back tested to a new install, works OK...
Upgrade repair doesn't: so whats so difference MSFT it can't work on upgrade repair but works in a new install?
Boggin, what I found and tried;
the remote computer requires network level authentication:
* WARNING: COUPLE SOLUTIONS DON"T ALLOW YOU TO LOG BACK ON AT ALL!!!!! * Give RPC ERROR not running "NOT EVEN IN SAFE MODE"...
SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE, RESTORE POINTS GOT DELETED TOO...
