VPN Issues "Macro Security Alert" HIGH

Noticed in my Excel under options: macro list, that no matter how many times I delete the trusted publisher, it comes back...
Why would it do that? Common sense anyone

Express VPN Macro security risk/alert;

Boggin, be generous, no need to reply without a real answer and or delete the message!

You need to run the program as an administrator, remove the publisher then restart the program.
