License is on sale for $19.96. Why does it show as the full $24.95 in the cart?

I have just enough to buy it at that discount. I've used the free version on my Windows 10 Pro (1803) and was able to run Pro Tools finally. I know it's five dollars difference, but five dollars I don't have at the moment and this price was advertised to me.

That was supposed to be until 11/1 - SOMEONE forgot to take it down. I would LOVE to blame Boggin but he doesn;t have that access. One guy who does has 3 letters in his name.
