VLC Media Player and other media players
« on: February 13, 2018, 09:39:06 pm »
Hey guys got a problem, I cannot play any videos files with any video player in windows 7 they all crash (VLC Media Player, DivX and WIndows Media player). Tried with mov's mkv's mp4's and even the vod formats. ALl crash. But if I love windows 7 in safe mode the videos will play fine. I have run tweaking program twice now and still I cannot figure this out.

Hi, Please give the error message, what it is saying, in vlc media player. Vlc media player plays all formats including new formats without fail. If you give the error message, you may get the easy solution
The Bottom line is "Check your hardware first if it supports the task you try".

Probably best to reset IE to defaults to see if that will resolve the IE errors - which are ?

I suppose it's possible that you could have picked up some adware.

Give it a scan with AdwCleaner to see if that finds anything to remove.
