Not true. Total nonsense! GPU (non CPU) temperature is usually 70 or higher, up to 85 degrees. See the GPU on the web.
Even the new graphics card showed 70-75o. My cooling system is super-efficient. Huge heat sink and two fans.
You have forgotten what is important. The noise does not translate to GPU temperature only from room size. The smaller the rooms the bigger the noise. I'm in a small room so that's the noise. Then the fan works on automatic adjustments through this noise making the modulation sound.
