Tweaking Pro will not stay in Windows 7 Tray
« on: November 19, 2016, 09:06:00 am »
Hi,

Tweaking Pro (latest version as of today) starts with Windows fine, but I have a one-time crash between explorer.exe and mswsock, dll and when Windows restarts explorer.exe, I loose Tweaking Pro's Tray icon.  I can still use the program, but the tray icon will only come back if I restart the computer.  Even when I use the task manager to shut down explorer.exe and restart it, your program will not come back to the tray.

I have the explorer.exe and mswsock.dll crash.dmp file if that helps.  I have attached it for your review.
Thanks,
Chris

- Solution: Open Task Manager. Manually kill the Tray Icon program and re-start the Tray Icon program. But this is only a stop-gap solution.
