Registry backup won't backup on windows 7 x64 startup

Hello,

First of all thank you for this lovely program.
Although I can preform a manual registry backup, It doesn't seem to work on the scheduled startup/login.
I'm using windows 7 pro X64, And registry backup latest portable version (3.5.1).
I tried both options : "Run under current user account" and "Run under system account", But it does not run on system startup.
I have auto login (Which does ot requires me to type in password (Via netplwiz seetings)), And my main user have admin rights.

Please advise,

Update - It DID backup in "Run under system account mode", It was just the 5 minute default delayed run that took it some time.
