Can you go into Event Viewer as that may tell you which application it is faulting.

Reinstalling the program that dll belongs to may resolve but have you tried your restore points prior to the error ?

Points restore NEVER, EVER work if is a serious errors.

If there is a more serious errors ALL Restore Point are completely automatically erased due to broken
"This computer did not create any restore point"
I have a lot of problems with their computer when they tried different repair tool Tweaking.
Now I'm trying to fix all the problems in my computer.

Probably this is due to that the applications have elevated permissions (as administrator) and should not be so.

Given all of the problems you are having with your computer, why don't you just back up all of your personal stuff and factory reset it - or if it is a custom built machine - perform either a repair or clean install.

For me, nothing is impossible, very, very rarely repairing the system - one for many-many years. Such simple errors do not fix it ?, I do not like time-consuming installation and many other things the installation, it's just a big waste of time.

Well how much time have you spent on your current problems - you could have started over afresh with the time you have spent asking for help and then researching.

If I come across a problem that I'm unable to fix and it isn't hardware related, I have no hesitation in factory resetting - fortunately I've been able to resolve such problems so that is always a last resort for me, but I don't seem to be getting the same problems you are.

If your system isn't creating restore points then the reset could resolve that and restore points can resolve a lot of problems.

This is a read access violation within a call to memcpy.

Have you tried reinstalling the program that uses that .dll - it may not be a Windows file and has been installed by the program that uses it.

It seems that the service for some reason stops working and closes.

Do you have this defrag program installed - http://www.file.net/process/oodag.exe.html

If so then I would suggest either uninstalling/reinstalling the program or contact the vendor.

It will not help, but I know what is causing the problem.

I'm trying to stop some of the multi-threads.

Code: [Select]
APPLICATION_HANG_BusyHang_cfffffff_oodag.exe!Unknown

Deadlock occurs when a process or thread enters a waiting state because a requested system resource is held by another waiting process, which in turn is waiting for another resource held by another waiting process. If a process is unable to change its state indefinitely because the resources requested by it are being used by another waiting process, then the system is said to be in a deadlock.

So I assume you are using a 3rd party defragger or is it one of their other programs ?

I have been getting the same error code when Adblock Plus has been crashing my IE 11.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled it and will see how it goes from there, but as your original post was regarding a dll, resolving those is usually done by reinstalling the program that uses it.

I would like to show you on the screen as you could theoretically solve the problem (workaround) with the exception of Service , but my system has an interface Polish.

Recovery:
The first, or second or third error:
Restart the Service

Edit:

Service O & O Defrag terminated unexpectedly. It has done this: 1. Within the 60,000 milliseconds will be taken following corrective action: Restart the service.

I just can't understand why you are chewing on like this.

What's so difficult that you can't just run Windows own defrag on whichever computer you want to do.

If for some reason the service is stop critical, so stop defragment files during defragmentation.
Is it dangerous during defragmentation (eg. It's file transfer) ?

Debugging and get the information:

and:

Code: [Select]
Probably caused by : oodpeo.ocx ( oodpeo!CSplashUpControl::SetModule+34bd90 )
Container
oodpeo.ocx

PATH: C:\Program Files\OO Software\Defrag\oodpeo.ocx

I sent logs to support,
Currently I am waiting 3 years for the solution of this issue.
As for the other type of error 'Unknown"
developer does not know how to reproduce a simple error, so again I had to do everything alone, but they "ignore such issue" (1 person only reported this unique error ^^)
