I only get one of those and it's an user account created by Norton - at least it was for me and the Reparse Point repair can't do anything with it.

Run the Reparse Point repairs then rescan to see what is left - post the log.

No, I didn't mean the full repairs.

When you've done the Pre-Scan and it finds problems with whatever, at the bottom of the Window is a Repair button for whichever needs to be repaired.

Click on Repair Reparse Points and again in the next window and then do another Pre-Scan to see what it hasn't been able to do.

I'd post a pic of what I mean but the Pre-Scan takes a while to do and it's getting on for 01:00am here in the UK.

I only get one of those and it's an user account created by Norton - at least it was for me and the Reparse Point repair can't do anything with it.

Run the Reparse Point repairs then rescan to see what is left - post the log.

Even with Norton uninstalled I was unable to delete that account and on contacting Symantec, they were unable to tell me how to delete it.

As it doesn't appear to have any adverse effects on the machine, I just ignore it.

What concerns me are the number of other related Reparse Points that you have.

Did you use the Norton Uninstaller to remove Norton before installing PCMatic ?

Did you run the Pre-Scan again then run the Reparse Points repair and then the Pre-Scan again to see what was left ?

What problems are you experiencing that you downloaded the Windows Repair program ?

Yes, I know that you have done the main repairs - what I was asking was if having done the Pre-Scan did you click on the button at the bottom left and then do the Pre-Scan again to see if any had been removed.
