You can uninstall it from Programs and Features by right clicking on it and select Uninstall but when I want to uninstall any programs so that no residue remains in the registry, I use the free IObit Uninstaller.

http://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduninstaller.php

If you decide to install this program, carefully look for any check boxes that will include bundled other software - sometimes it has one and sometimes not, but the program does more than just being able to uninstall programs.

You could try reinstalling the same version of Windows Repair to the same (default?) folder
- this should fix the corrupted Uninstall entry.
Then try running Uninstall on the new version,  that usually works if the Uninstall is corrupted.

I have the same problem here. I installed Windows repair v3.6.4 and now I can't uninstall it. The program doesn't show up on uninstall utilities or windows add/remove programs, and the uninstall.exe file seems corrupt. Clicking on it gives the message "invalid start mode:archive filename".

okay try reinstalling over it with an updated version then uninstalling the windows repair. when you reinstall it should fix the registry installer error and show up in your programs and features again.
here is a link to the installer http://www.tweaking.com/files/setups/tweaking.com_windows_repair_aio_setup.exe
