System tray tool tips windows 10

Hey guys,

       A couple of minutes after my system has booted up, the tool tips that pop up on system tray icons when you hover over them will stop working. Any idea what causes this?

Hard to tell without seeing it for myself. It could be a matter of something taking the mouse focus away and so the tooltips dont show (Since tooltips are showed based on mouse focus and time)

You can also set tooltip options in the registry as well. Do tooltips work else where?
