Windows 10 upgrade driver issues

Hi I have recently upgraded a very old but fine working laptop Dell Studio 1558 from windows 8.1 to windows 10. I have had some driver errors come up where I have not been able to update the drivers as I don't know which ones they are, and I was hoping for some help in trying to identiy which ones these errors releate and the best way to fix them. I think one may be the Bluetooth card but I'm not sure.

1. Base system device :Device PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E230&SUBSYS_04131028&REV_01\4&339cff4&0&01E4 requires further installation.
2. Base system device : Device PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E852&SUBSYS_04131028&REV_01\4&339cff4&0&02E4 requires further installation.
3. Unknown device: Device ACPI\SMO8800\1 requires further installation.

I would use the driver detective software that is feely available but I am concerned with malware, so I haven't gone down this route.

Any help would be much appreciated.

When you have a VEN & DEV No. you can enter the VEN 4 numbers and the DEV 4 alphanumeric characters into the respective boxes in http://www.pcidatabase.com/ and press enter.

The first one returns http://www.pcidatabase.com/search.php?device_search_str=E230&device_search=Search

And the second one returns http://www.pcidatabase.com/search.php?device_search_str=E852&device_search=Search

This is what I get for the ACPI\SMO8800 http://www.jdhodges.com/blog/acpis-mo8800-dell-unknown-device-driver-solved/ and as the Dell dl link only gives drivers for up to Win 7, if you are using a Dell machine then you may have to go to the vendor support site or contact Dell to see if they have any Win 10 compatible drivers.

I'm not sure if that device would appear in Device Manager/View/Show hidden devices, but you can usually right click on Unknown Devices and Uninstall.

If Dell or your computer vendor don't have Win 10 compatible drivers for it then they will advise what to do with it - hopefully.

As for the first two, you will probably know more what they refer to.

You can use it to pull up what it most likely will be. I made this tool for when I do reinstalls on customer machines I am able to look up what the unknown devices are without me having to go manually grab and type in all that info lol
