I tried to follow the directions , but had a problem (see attached)

You have to type only starting from ren. You should not repeat c:windows etc from the same location. You understand. For your reference, the path is added. If you go to cmd using admin privilleges, you should automatically redirected to system 32 folder. Ok
The Bottom line is "Check your hardware first if it supports the task you try".

Hi, Les you want clarification.
            Go to search . Type cmd. cmd appears in the search window. There you right and select use as administrator. This will direct you to c:windows\system32. You have to apply the commands i have given then. Is it clear

I solved the problem by updating the driver for "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" ! Thanks for your help by all.
