Systems have evolved, repair install guides have not!

For first reference error management and re-repair install management; we should always post our experiences here as we often see help requests that are 100 percent related, too often, we offer people to run repair install without knowing this will cause additional system errors, hence; Repair Install, then what next?

* A guide is necessary as one does not really exist for systems with multiple user ID's

Noted that; by posting it here, we often get good feedback from other users, combine that feedback and then transfer it to a fix or system guide.
