The first one the program tries to run as the system account, which is done by the tweaking_ras.exe in the files folder.

What version of Windows Repair are you using? (I will be adding the version of the WR to the logs in the next update) and check the event viewer and see if you have anything about the tweaking_ras.exe

No. Nothing about Tweaking_ras.exe. I have saved the event viewer Application log. You can access it at:

many thankx for your help.

I wouldnt mind connecting to you if you have time and finding out why the repairs are not starting. Last person who had this trouble it was because the AV was deleting the bat files. But if you have something else going on and I can find it then I can see about putting in something into the program to handle it :-D

If you have a few I have time now, send me an email to shane at tweaking.com

Just checked the event viewer you posted and your hard drive has bad sectors

 976657407 KB total disk space.
 804043888 KB in 1191854 files.
    670088 KB in 69962 indexes.
         4 KB in bad sectors.

There is also a problem with the file system and you need to run chkdsk on the drive. You need to replace the drive though since it does have bad sectors.

Those bad sectors would explain all the errors I am seeing in the event viewer.

I ran chkdsk /f several times, but somehow it cannot fix the problem. Next, I will clone the disk to see if the problem goes away. I will inform you of the outcome.

Thank you for your help.
