I will be more than happy to help :-)

I have to leave in a few but I will be back in a few hours.

I need some info from you, you didnt tell me anything about the system. What version of Windows? And when you ran the repairs which ones did you run?

İ am using windows 8.1, İ have been used windows repair (all in one) version 2.6.2. Computer working pretty good, very fast opening and closing. Major problem is sound, also some samsung programs are not working but it is not important for me, i do not like them. System 64 bit and i am using simple system tweak and clean memory too. I loose sound after restart.

İ will wait your answers, sorry for my language and thank you for your help.

Ok now I want you to open regedit and see if you have this reg key

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Unmarshalers\System

If you do right click on it and hit export and post the reg file for me so I can check it :-)

Ok that is what i thought happened. Open my Windows repair program, go to the repairs, unslete all of them and then just select the very last one "Restore Windows 8 COM+ Unmarshaler"

Then click start. It will go very fast. Once done go check that reg key again and it should be there. If it is reboot and see how everything works and let me know :-)

Happy to help. That repair should have fixed it last time, but something in Windows deletes that reg key after reboot. So I am going to make an update where that reg key is locked back to the permissions it was before the repairs. Hopefully that will stop this bug :-)

I have the proper security that regkey should have, which gets replaced with the reg permissions repair. I am adding to the repairs to put the security back to default on that section. v2.6.3 will be out in a few hours :-D

Done!

Lets see how this one does :-)

Tweaking.com - Windows Repair (All in One) v2.6.3 Released.
http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html

v2.6.3
Updated Repair Registry Permissions

Updated Restore Windows 8 COM+ Unmarshalers

The 2 repair updates both have to do with a bug that only hits a few Windows 8.1 users.
When the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Unmarshalers permissions get changed and are not locked down then for some reason Windows deletes that registry key on reboot.
Only happens to certain machines and appears to be a bug in Windows. The repairs have been updated to now lock down the registry location like it was before,
this will stop the bug in Windows from the registry key from being removed.
When this registry key and its sub keys are removed the COM+ wont work and sound will stop working among a bunch of other things.
The Windows Repair Program didn't remove these, something in Windows does for a unknown reason. Now with that registry location being locked again it stops that from happening.

Thanks :-)

I am hoping my fix will do the trick and keep that reg location from being deleted. Now I have to wait and see if the bug hits anyone with the new version or if it is covered now
