Hi, Shane
It is your idea for safe and secure browsing, that the adobe and java has to be updated to present stage and updates should be immediately installed. But when i update the same and look in to the add on it is having a red warning that it is disabled for security reason.
Should i leave at that ? Unless java finds the vulnerabilities and offer updates, i think, that .firefox will not allow it to run it.
Moreover the password and id of yahoo email are not saved and each time , i have to enter these on every log in . Solutions pl
The blockage firefox link

OK that looks good, are you sure the ones disabled arent simply older version, java will still work even with them disabled.

Hi Shane do you mean that i have got older versions also, and hence this behaviour . No I ony have the latest version and firefox is disabling java all thro its actions. I think that it does not allow , the java with the vulnerabilities at present stage.
Even in a prior occasion, i had this problem and went to java site. They informed that they were trying to fix those concerns. It got ultimately fixed in their next update.
                    Pl what about yahoo question

Hi, Thank u for the link . So, what is your suggestion at the present time. Should i switch to chrome, is it safe ? Does that browser allow java and its updates to be used.
Secondly it seems that every one is trying to bypass anything that was so good and secure in the past. I do not know what API means that google intend to stop altogether.
In ff i had a very cool and secured browsing, but later when they overlook the adobe as the browsing pdf files in internet, the downloads or the opening of pdf thro their programs have been clumsy and not well defined. Then when this was brought to the notice of ff, they simply provided a solution, by asking the users to change to their pdf reader of users choice. Now this java banning.
I shifted to ff from chrome, because, chrome lets easy ways to browser hijackers, like babyon , qvo6, incredible, delta so you are annoying experience in browsing.
Shane, i value your advice, as it is very simple and useful. Shall i update to internet explorer. Is that effective in controlling the hijacks
Please see this link

I am thinking of buying yearly term of avast protection pro, which i think is better than free.
Which browser should i shift to from ff,
Chrome or Internet explorer. for browser
Your views on please shane. Internet explorer of microsoft , is easily hacked by browser hijackers .  I read on article that ie10 is somewhat safe . pl

I use firefox and very few sites require the java add on, so I havent had any problems. Give chrome a try and see what you think, and yes it uses java as well :-)
