Stuttering

Hi, for the past one week my PC is working slow and there is stuttering in audio/video files like mp3, avi etc, I did every possible thing like reinstalling my realtek audio driver, video driver, scanning my entire PC, running tweaking, but nothing worked, still stuttering is there like before. I don't know what is the problem whether I should reinstall the OS or is this any hardware problem, like processor. Please help..... my email id is

What are you using to play the video and mp3's? Does it happen in just that program or any program?

Have you also tried playing it in safe mode? If it plays fine in safe mode then it could be a program running in the background causing the problem.

Thanks, I tried in all players like, K-Lite media player, VLC media player, but nothing worked, than I reinstalled my windows 7 OS and now it's working fine.
