logging on as guest closes Microsoft Security Client

When you say closes it, do you mean the service stops as well or you simply cant open it but it is still running?

Most likely a permissions issue since guest accounts are VERY limited.

I have found that posting issues here that are a real threat to windows usually provides security updates faster... any computer that logs into the net as a guest account and does not use this simple feature is opening itself up and is a serious threat!

MSFT, please fix your operating systems
