Once you understand ping, jitter should also make sense. Jitter is merely the variance in measuring successive ping tests. Zero jitter means the results were exactly the same every time, and anything above zero is the amount by which they varied. Like the other quality measurements, a lower jitter value is better. And while some jitter should be expected over the Internet, having it be a small fraction of the ping result is ideal.

The speed of the Internet raised several times in recent years, yet the website does not load faster !
So how to speed up loading of Web pages ?

Which browser are you using and is it the same in any other browser.

What can sometimes help in IE is to go Tools - Internet options and under the Content tab, Clear SSL state.

Clearing the cache can also help for which you can use Disk Cleanup or the free version of CCleaner.

You may also want to consider changing the DNS servers in whichever adapter's Properties/TCP/IPv4 you are using, but those times don't look so bad, although I don't know what would be a reasonable time for Facebook - that could be down to their servers.

Clean cache / restart - only helps for a short time!
Images, Links, Video, Audio, tabs load slowly.

If that is highly populated then click on Organize - Select all - Organize - Delete - confirm - check then box then click on Skip.

There should only be two or three small files at most left.

Removing temp files resulted:

You would normally clear excessive temp files with browsers closed and normally they wouldn't delete if any were in use.

The ones that Firefox generate would be created again when you opened Firefox, but Firefox has always been heavy on temp files compared to IE and as previously clearing the cache only provided a temporary respite would suggest something else building those up.

Do you still get the slow in a clean boot ?

Boggin - I suspect that pages load quickly, but TABS "temporarily freezes".
The script is temporarily not respond, the TABS temporarily (eg. A few seconds or longer) hang while loading the page.

I quite often get that in IE 11 and sometimes when I've clicked on a Google link I'll just get the busy for a while - but occasionally the windows close and I'm knocked back the desktop as if the machine has frozen and then the web page comes up.

I just accept it for some sites as I know it will get there eventually.

I use Google's DNS servers in my TCP/IPv4 Properties.

STEP 1. Flash_Disable_ProtectedMode (Use Script)

I've heard of Flash Player slowing things up and know of someone who has uninstalled it altogether - just didn't think that was your problem as you were getting some respite after clearing the cache, which seemed to point to a build up on top of what could already have been in %temp%.

Having that many tabs open wouldn't have helped either.
