Is there any way to reset my chopinion on my ink cartridge so so I can refill them?  Or at least get it to.print in black when 1 color is out? I have a full black ink cartridge but my cyan is empty and it won't even print on black.

To be honest and I don't want to say it, I'll do some research to see if it's still the same but I don't think so. This is why I actually hate hp and their printer's they use color as and underlay for the ink so even if you print in black and white or grey scale it will always use color so the excuse is they don't want the print head to dry up the machine. So it will not print documents unless the cartridges are at an adequate level.
