My audio is still not working. I have tried several fixes and nothing has worked so far. I've done the run>services.msc>windows audio service > start and continue to get error message "endpoint is a duplicate"

do you have avg installed? sometimes avg will see windows audio files as a false positive.
next question is maybe your audio driver needs to be updated.

About 95% of the time someone has the endpoint is a duplicate problem it is because of AVG, is that the antivirus you have installed?
