Search MUZAPP.exe look at the install timestamp!
after deleting it, it came back 3-4 times now over the last year.
it opens a back door portal through windows firewall...

Not sure about this one, but it shares the same install date and time;
it works with Outlook. "but I do not know what the file does or how to remove it"

I already removed it...
