When restarting my computer, I have to keep canceling Windows Installer, then DoumentViewer prompts. I have downloaded DocumentViewer.msi again, but I still get this message.
I have a similar thing happen every time I open my HP Solution Center to scan, although the Installer keeps trying to open PhotoGallery, which I also reinstalled.
In both cases, I just have to keep clicking the cancel prompt until I'm able to get to where I want to be.
The problems all seemed to go away previously when reinstalling the printer software after running your total scan, but have come back.
Any other suggestions?
