Not sure - can you go into Event Viewer to see if anything has been recorded for when the program failed to run.

Go Start - type eventvwr and press enter.

Ensure Event Viewer (Local) is highlighted in the left pane - if it isn't then just click on it.

When it has read the data, click on Error then on View All Instances of This Event in the lower right pane then look for date and time stamped errors that correspond with the failure - or you could reboot then try the program in Safe Mode with Networking and then go to Event Viewer where the events will be more recent.

Reliability history may also have something.

Go Start - start to type reliability and press enter when View reliability history comes up.

Clicking on the blue tech details link will bring up more info.

What is the reason for running Windows Repair ?
