PERMANENT disable lang. bar (214)

How to completely disable the combinations (accidentally pressed some keys), so that the language bar does not occasionally change to (214). This is annoying (does anyone have a similar problem?)

I don't know what a language bar is but have you tried removing the power sources and holding the power button in for ~30 secs and then see what it's like after the reboot ?

This is always the case in every System. And many people have a similar problem with this. I do not know what causes the change, but by accident when I write something on the keyboard ...
