The rule was perfect and it used to work.
That is just a defect on Microsoft's part.  Why should a completely correct rule just not work? 
A bug.

Why should Remote Desktop be suddenly using a different account - why do we need sfc /scannow and Shane's All in One WR - WINDOWS !  :rolleyes:

Uh, as I post this through the remote desktop connection, because we expect our paid vendors like Microsoft to do good work?
