I thought I would tell you of my experience of running Tweaking.com to repair a strange problem. My computer was an E Machine running Windows XP.
When I would click something in the upper half of the screen, it would work just fine. When I would click something in the lower half of the screen, there would be no response. I ran Tweaking.com's Windows Repair and the problem was solved. Thanks!
