Getting error 1310 installing Quicken software

 :teeth: While trying to install/reinstall Quicken software I keep getting Error 1310 and after over an hour with Quicken support they tell me I need to call MS because it is a problem with the MS installer software.  Using Windows 7 64 bits computer.  I tried running Tweaking and then tried again only to get the same error and in the meanwhile ended having to restore my C drive from my backed up image files.  Any suggestions that can help shed light on this would be appreciated.

SOLVED:  Problem solved by running Tweaking with all options selected.  Thanks

From what I can tell the error has to do with permissions, odd that my windows repair didnt help, when you ran the repairs did you run them all and in windows safe mode?

Thanks, I tried all the steps first then ran Tweaking full options and was able to successfully install the program no problems at all.  Appreciate the feedback and it gave me the confidence to try once more to install.
