Need some more information to work with

What version of Windows? 32 or 64 bit? And can you copy and paste some of the errors you are seeing?

using windows 8.1...the error message is 7000-service control manager error.  I'm learning how to fix it though

I need you to copy and paste some of the errors from the event viewer so I can see what they say.

this issue turns out not to be an error but a warning...I was told that that there could be a hard drive problem and will contact the manufacturer for assistance
