I ran the Windows Repair, now I have no sound
« on: January 19, 2014, 03:00:58 am »
The program finished its repairs, I rebooted my PC, now I get no sound.
All my sound drivers are working, but I can't listen to music or watch Youtube videos (on the 3rd second it says "an error occured" in Firefox, however in Chrome its fine, just no sound)

p.s my pc may be infected, but I wasnt expecting my sound to disappear after using your program.

Help!

Never heard of my program messing with the sound at all.

Have you checked to make sure the Windows Audio service is running?

Also what tools have you ran on your system to check for infections?

Well, my computer was infected so I just did a clean install of my Windows and now everything is fine.

Thank you for your reply anyway :)
