Dumping physical memory

Hello shane,

In my job PC has like that trouble:

When i start it and desktop appears normally but after a few minutes it get into green screen with something like that title:

collecting a data.... Dumping a physical memory and counting a numbers.... after it restarts when it turns on again same trouble occurs. pops up unaccepted shut down has occurred.


what is that?

please help me.

there is installed windows 7. it has 4 GB RAM, it is 2 dual core.

I cant make out the picture you posted, you can attach it instead if you like, did it show any memory errors?

Also you are getting the blue screen of death. Use this program to have it read the dump and tell you what caused it :-)
