If I had a recovery point (and for some reason it wasn't), I think it would be easier.

1. Result after scan  -

2.  Unfortunately nothing has changed after execution of command (I was unable to fully broaden the scope of the program, so you can't see all) -

3. During update Windows -

Here is an article with steps similar to that for Win 10 but has more of which relate directly for Win 7.

See how you get on trying them - unless you already have - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2688326/can-t-open-exe-files-in-windows-7-or-windows-vista

This is all nonsense, and with errors.  :undecided:

I will try everything else via the boot disk later, and report the result.

So I assume you have performed a sfc /scannow ?

As you have Win 7 Ultimate, do you have an install disk for that ?

1. Of course, and more than once.

2. Yes, I have this disk, and I tried to install Windows "on top" (update) on the installed system. But on about on 21% at the 3rd stage, the error appears about the absence of files, etc.

3. I'll try the MS recovery method later, and let You know the results.

Thanks for replay.

1. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 86 (32).

2. What specifically caused this error, I can not say for sure. But it is possible that these were programs for downloading videos, but these programs have already been deleted.

3. All programs that load in normal mode, they also load in safe mode. Conversely, programs that DON't load in normal mode don't load in safe mode too.

4. On my computer is NOT installed antivirus and antimalware program. However, I regularly check my computer with third-party programs for viruses and malware. And, of course, I checked all this in safe mode as well.

This program - malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ - does not install on my computer, possibly because of this error. And, in general, I do not really trust such programs, that download something from the network, instead of a full setup downloaded to the computer.

5. As I wrote to You above, I used all the methods I know and could find on the web to fix this error. But since I didn't fix it, I'm going here.

Regards,

See if the program and the others will open in Safe Mode with Networking.

All 3rd party programs are isolated in that mode should it be something installed on your computer.

That error code is for Access Denied and could point to your antivirus program doing the blocking.

1. Not open in safe mode.
2. I have not antivirus-soft (and virus too) on my PC.

My question concerns only the ability of your program to fix this problem.

Hello,

Can Your Windows Repair handle this error 0xc0000005, which is expressed in the fact, that many programs do not open. There is no unique solution to this problem anywhere in the network.

Regards,

P.S. Sorry, if I posted not in the appropriate subject.
