General Computer Support / Registry Changes Reverting After Restart

First, thanks in advance for the help.
I'm attempting to troubleshoot an issue with bluetooth functionality on my Asus Rog laptop.
I've downloaded the Intel drivers and still see the device Exclaimed Out!. I uninstall the driver and restart and I can see all my devices, woohoo. When I restart I don't see any devices listed and that old exclaimation point is there again. When I double click on the device, Windows 10 says there is a corrupted registry entry or other registry issue.
So I decided to try a troubleshooting step where I changed the version of Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion from 6.3 to 6.2. Unfortunately, after I change the value and restart my changes revert back to version 6.3. I rad RegEdit in Admin mode. I'm at a loss.
Any ideas? Thanks.
