Changes reverted back to original settings using the restore tool.

The mystery continues...these file extensions are all still being overwritten from what the software defaults them as.

WTF????

Boggin,

I appreciate the very swift reply, although I am now convinced that something is definitely going on here. I just lost access to my wired connection to Fios, for absolutely no reason. This would be VERY rare for a gigabit connection (Insane speeds btw - 1000 up / 1000 down (seriously)  but combine that with the following error and yeah, Houston, I think we have a problem...I now have the following message popping up when trying to access the network connection adapters...and what's this? Did someone or something initiate a mobile hotspot? I hate to use the "H" word so early in the game but...

Thanks and I appreciate the suggestion, but after I rebooted into safe mode the second time, it seemed to run fine, although I did see quite a lot of "access denied" while monitoring the softwares work on my computer. Although I thought that was a bit odd, it got really weird when the process finally finished. All of my (FILE.***) extensions seemed to be resetting themselves almost immediately after completion and my stock virus protection was turned off. Please keep in mind this was installed on a brand new installation of windows within the past 24 hours.  I have attached some screen shots for you to see what I mean. Does anyone know if this seems normal? Am I infected with a virus and if so, it would seem that it is able to survive a wipe, format and reinstall. It's probably worth noting that I had to adjust my time zone from pacific to eastern, but the time if in that zone would have been correct. I however, am from Philly. I'm all eyes and ears on this one...

Hey Shawn and friends...

I was very excited to find your website as I have been having lots of problems with my computer.

I purchased a 3 license key of your software to run on my computers, but

have only had success with the first computer.

My second machine won't allow it to run at all.

Screenshot attached for your viewing pleasure.

Can you give me any suggestions on where to start?
