Tweaking.com Support & Help / Windows Repair aio. external (Offline) Windows 10-partition?

Is it possible to check/fix a Windows install that wont boot at all?
I tried to use an external HDD containing an Windows 10 ToGo install to repair the installation on
the internal hard drive, but didn't come very far...
