FUX

I ran a program this am I got on can't called Infibia Easy Tools.  Then, could not connect to internet, firewall wouldn't work, tried system restore, that won't work either.

Got this error:

I am on my tablet cos PC will not work.  It is Vista Home Basic, SP2

FIXED.  ran sfc /scannow, restart, all well

DO NOT run Infibia Easy Tools for Vista!!  Screwed up entire system!!

Vista Home, SP2.  I ran Windows Repair, now much of the PC isn't working.  It started when I got a message about Win Security Center, everything off and it won't turn on, error 1068 dependency service failed to start.  Tried system restore in safe mode, then boatloads of errors.  Got this one in the end 0x81000202. I have done services.msc, made sure everything was turned on etc.  Nothing works

Windows security center totally off, cannot start, nothing works.  Trying to system restore, that doesn't even work.  Error 0x81000202.
