General Computer Support / "Human Interface Device Access" service is disabled

On my desktop with XP Home Premium SP 3 I also used the latest Tweaking program and it went thru all the steps and seemingly got repaired
But my Kerish Doctor program is complaining that this "Human Interface Device Access" service is disabled" is bad ... to change it to be enabled ... lest i lose a way to input (keyboards etc) ...
same for that "Remote access to the registry" service is enabled ... that it decreases the efficiency of Windows network security policy ... that it may allow intruders and/or malicious programs
With both issues it asks me to fix or allow ...
which should I do?

General Computer Support / something's blocking the repairs

laptop is running windows 7   64 bit  and i just used  the latest tweaking program
went through all the steps ... all in safe mode with networking ... repeating some steps a few times
yet when i finally got to the final stage (repair)
it couldn't do it ... saying something's blocking it ... to bring it to this forum for help

prior to starting this attempt ... I've had trouble with "not having privilege, not permitted" or something like that ... that was maddening since I am sole user with administration rights etc ...
