General Computer Support / startup showing messages for each phase of startup sequence.

Hi Everyone
Got this problem after running Tweaking.com. As the computer starts I get the following; Stopping Services, Please wait for Group Policies, user profile and finally Preparing Desktop. I think I may have left a box checked in repair section of Tweaking.com but haven't a clue which one. I'm using Windows 7.
