General Computer Support / Windows Update not working in windows 7 64 bit home premium sp 1

I checked the services list... Windows update service is missing.. bits is also missing and both are stopped. I'm missing all my security updates..... Please help... I have ran your windows all in one tool. I pasted the log. I'm running the latest v3.7.4
