Tweaking.com Support & Help / Trojan warning from MSE

Downloaded windows repair aio setup from both tweaking.com and majorgeeks, Microsoft Security Essentials pops up during install stating Trojan:Win32/Bham.C!d is found and severe. Is this a common false negative for the windows repair or a legitimate concern?

General Computer Support / (Solved!) Windows Update fails, code 800B0100

Win7SP1 laptop will not update, immediately gets error code 800B0100. Been through all of Microsoft's suggestions, thread lead me to tweaking.com.

Ran the Windows Repair twice in safe mode, still no luck. Below are the results of the pre scan. Any advice appreciated!
