General Computer Support / I'm being asked for passwords when trying to fix Windows Update

...and I have no passwords for them and don't ever recall setting up one in the past.

Therefore it seems to be refusing to fix what needs to be fixed because I can't provide the right password.

Anyone run into this...I'm at a complete loss
