General Computer Support / new small window appears when scrolling downward

I ran tweaking on my PC & now sometimes when I am scrolling downwards on a page, a small window pops up with the word "desktop" above a small window of the page I am on & a small window of my desktop beside it.  How do I make my PC stop doing this?
