Tweaking.com Support & Help / New version does nothing for over an hour

I've been sitting here an hour and it supposed to have started but it's still at the first repair...it didn't take this long before so what is wrong please. All i get are two blue flashing lights going backwards and forwards..nothing else.
One hour ten minutes and still the same. :*(
