General Computer Support / keeps freezing and I have to reboot times 2 to get back on

I did all the repairs, and it works better, BUT still freezes up, and I have to keep rebooting. Very frustrating as I was hopeful this download fix would have corrected the problem!  If not it was a waste of 2 hours of my time.
