Shane,
The G drive is my mirror image Carbonite backup drive. It would seem that when running the All in one program it is not necessary to include the G drive. Is the answer simply to deselect this drive when running the program?
Thanks,
Rick

Ran the program again last night including all of the preliminary scans. Then ran the all in one program but de-selected 02.03 File Permission G:1. The program ran without incident and restarted at the conclusion. I then ran the all in one program with only 02.03 selected and it ran for 4 hours before I stopped the repair manually.  Something appears to be corrupted in the File Permission G:1 file. Any suggestions? System seems to be running OK. Is this a problem or an irritant? Originally ran the program due to periodic system lock up. screen looks normal, hourglass running continuously, and no ability to activate any of the icons. Required manual shut down and reboot.
Thanks,
Rick

Shane,
There is no error message. The program appears to be working but after 12 hours (over night) there is no progress. CPU usage will vary but will always return to zero over a 30 second period.
Thanks for the help
Rick

That's correct all of the preliminary backups and scans were completed without incident. I have followed the instructions given several times and it will not go beyond  the 02.03 File permission on each attempt. The operation system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
Thanks for your reply.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I am running the All In One V2.10.2 and have followed the instructions to the T and each time the repairs cannot get by the 02.03 File Permission which is 4 of 47. Have also tried in safe mode with no success. Any suggestions?
